Big Ultrasound!
The baby's measuring a couple of days early, and it weighs in at 11 oz. It's crazy to think our baby weighs as much as a can of soda!
On other news, I finally went and was professionaly measured for my pregnant boobs. The $10 target bras weren't cutting it anymore, and were pushing on my belly, which wasn't comfortable at all. Well, $70 later and an additional size up, the 'girls' are feeling much better.
That reminds me, it's about time for all the stats I post not as much as I should...
Weight - 147 lbs.
Size: 2/4 this doesn't really change, but I'm in 'small' maternity clothing...
Bra size: 34DD

Finally, a picture!

I've finally got a few maternity clothes, because thank goodness! I can't handle trying to piece together 5 different shirts that cover my barely zipped pants. I had someone at work actually say to me (tease me) "Good God, woman! Zip up your pants!" I hung my head in shame and said quietly "I can't". So, now I'm looking reasonable, almost 5 days a week.
5 days is really all you need, because, to be completely honest, I could care less who sees me on the weekends. I live in the same small town that I grew up in, so I see at least one person I know when I leave my house, ALWAYS. My mom used to ask me why I was putting on makeup when we were just running to the store, and, when we'd get there, I'd chuckle as I said "Hi Sue!..."
So, a few more pieces are on their way. Apparently there's been a 'weather delay' in Salt Lake City. Why are they keeping my super duper, totally comfy clothes from my belly?!?!? I'm not really that heartless, but I do want jeans. I'm so sick of black pants. That's all I've got (as is shown in the photo to the left, what a shocker). My jeans are on the way! Yippie! Now, if they could just get out of Salt Lake.

I've been MIA
I think it's also a change in the weather. It's either brisk and cold outside or it's gloomy and rainy. Nick's made a habit of building a fire and I'm encouraging said habit. I love being bundled up in my sweet maternity pj's and just comfy, cozy and warm.
WAY more fun than sitting at work, trying to get through the day while I dream of the couch, or the baby.
We've officially scheduled the big ultrasound to find out what our "it" is. I really can't wait. In the beginning, I thought it was a boy. In fact, I would have bet you $1 that it was a boy. Now? I really don't know... I did have a "feeling" yesterday that it's a girl, but that's since passed. Guess I'll have to wait the required 24 more days to find out...
